Yoga Therapy is not a replacement for a doctor or science, but a way to create optimal health and wellness through the integration of both Eastern and Western approaches, and as an effective complementary therapy for an illness, or a special condition such as pregnancy, older age or obesity.

With careful evaluation and instruction, Kate will help create a unique practice of breath and movement particularly for your individual needs.  Developing tools for stress-management and deep relaxation will be emphasized so that you can become an active participant in your healing process.
