Private Yoga sessions are the perfect way to receive the detailed, personal instruction you need to get the most out of your yoga practice. This includes learning basic breathing techniques and postures that are the foundation of Yoga. Moreover, you will be studying in a non-intimidating, supportive environment where all your questions are answered as they arise. This process is central to finding your individual comfort zone, so you feel relaxed and confident when it’s time to move into group classes.

For the experienced Yoga student, Kate suggests “Quarterly Check-ins.” Check-ins are opportunities to evaluate and set goals, address concerns, and create a personalized Yoga practice that is uniquely tailored to your needs.

All private classes are recorded and transferred to a CD, so that students can easily reproduce the practice at home.
